Key Responsibilities

As a Telemarketing and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively explaining the benefits and importance of our products and services to potential customers
  • Actively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and sell our products and services
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings

  • Assisting customers in setting up their accounts

  • Collaborating with the team to refine strategies and improve outreach techniques
