Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Work with our food program, providing customers with a wide range of delicious options
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards for appearance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with a fun and motivated team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence for our customers
  • Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A strong passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular use of a cart or other equipment
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular use of a ladder or other equipment
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular use of a cash register or other equipment
