Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to promote arenaflex offerings, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, and following up with customers as needed.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex Agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and business development plans.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or insurance-related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
