Senior Product Analyst - Remote

Kforce's client is searching for a Remote Senior Product Analyst to join their dynamic team where your expertise will drive innovation and regulatory excellence. About the Role: Are you passionate about shaping insurance products and ensuring compliance? As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in developing and submitting state filings, interpreting regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to implement new products. You'll analyze bureau circulars, draft coverage forms, and work closely with actuarial and technology teams to keep systems and filings up to date. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and submit filings to state insurance departments and respond to regulatory inquiries
  • Review ISO, NCCI, and AAIS circulars to assess product impact and recommend actions
  • Develop rates, rules, and forms for new product launches and enhancements
  • Partner with integration teams to update policy management systems and ensure compliance
  • Conduct research and maintain coverage forms aligned with industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of insurance experience (ISO expertise required)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with SERFF and commercial lines products is a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to product development

Location:

  • Preference for Greater NY/NJ area with hybrid flexibility (office once a week), but fully remote options available for exceptional candidates

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
