Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Make purchase suggestions and engage with customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
  • Work with our food program to provide a seamless experience for customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • A strong sales acumen, with the ability to make purchase suggestions and drive sales
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease

  • The ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for success as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to regular and predictable onsite attendance

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on eye-hand coordination and safety
