Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting Leads and Scheduling Virtual Meetings: Reach out to the leads we provide and schedule virtual meetings with clients to present benefit programs and cultivate relationships.
- Presenting Benefit Programs: Effectively communicate the value of our benefit programs to new clients and help them enroll in our services.
- Collaborating with Managers: Work closely with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Basic Computer Literacy: A basic understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Life & Health License: Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a life & health license.
- Laptop or Computer with Camera: A reliable laptop or computer with a camera is required for virtual meetings.
- Residency in North America: Must reside in North America to be eligible for this role.
