Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our revenue operations department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue cycle processes. With a focus on remote work, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home after completing our comprehensive on-site training program in Federal Way, WA.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties related to revenue operations, such as medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage.
• Communicating effectively with insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
• Responding promptly and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams.
• Collaborating with revenue operations teams, clinics teammates, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
• Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements to enhance our revenue cycle processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience.
• Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong data entry skills, including experience with online forms.
• Proficiency in navigating the internet and provider portals.
• Basic knowledge of claim accounting is a plus.
• Medical billing or accounting experience is highly desirable.
