Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Generate Retail Sales: Use your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Use this information to position product insights and solution recommendations that meet their needs.
- Sales Solution Delivery: Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Ongoing Development: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Sales Skill Refining: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
Requirements
To be successful as a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Work Experience: One or more years of work experience is preferred.
- Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a commission-based environment. + Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. + Customer service experience.

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Competitive Salary: A yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as the chance to receive individual incentives. Compensation may vary by location.
- Full-Time Benefits: Full-time benefits are available immediately, including health and wellness benefits, a 6% 401(k) match, stock awards, over 4 weeks of paid leave (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and personal days), reduced pricing on arenaflex products and services, up to four months of paid parental leave, up to $8K in annual tuition assistance, as well as additional incentives to support your career advancement.

- Sign-On Bonus: Candidates coming from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, which will be paid out in two equal parts.
