About the Role: Part-Time Remote Customer Care Associate

In this exciting and rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing outstanding support to our clients across the United States and Georgia. As a part-time Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers and ensuring that their experiences with our company are nothing short of exceptional. With a competitive hourly rate of $17-$18, a monthly stipend of $50, and a one-time sign-on bonus of $500, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery
  • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing timely and effective support
  • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, using your critical thinking skills to find solutions to complex problems
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures

What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, including:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with a high level of proficiency in data entry and typing (30 wpm, including 10 key)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, ensuring that you have the necessary tools to perform your job duties effectively
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and track package deliveries
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support

Essential Qualifications:

In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, you'll need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check, demonstrating your reliability and trustworthiness
  • Be available to start on October 2nd, with orientation and training beginning on October 7th
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
