Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support Team

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Promote and sell air travel to customers, including flights, hotels, and packages
• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times
• Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers
• Protect business assets and revenue
• Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
• Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
• Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision
• Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
• Follow internal/external regulations and procedures
• May be required to drive and perform air stairs to various types of planes to enplane and deplane passengers
• Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
• May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air to ground communication as well as Tower capabilities

All You'll Need for Success

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain stable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
