Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, assisting customers with medical insurance questions, and accurately documenting call content in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately document call content in real-time
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to customers

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with medical insurance

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
