Join our Remote Team as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent

We're seeking an experienced and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team at arenaflex. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for helping others, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development into technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers

• Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries

• Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training will be provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Additional Information:

* This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week

• It's essential that you have a reliable internet connection, as any downtime will significantly impact performance on live chat support
• The exact work schedule depends on the client that you're assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule, so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important

What We Offer:
