Position Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, where you'll have the opportunity to work from home and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing guidance on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help customers better understand their coverage and options
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client programs
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions to help simplify customers' health care experiences
  • Learn more about health care and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of health care experience
