Job Summary

The role of Customer Service - Process Associate (Voice/Email) at arenaflex is to provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolve their queries and concerns, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service and operations management, preferably in the ANZ utilities sector. The candidate should be comfortable working in night and rotational shifts and should be able to join the organization within 0-30 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls from customers or authorized third parties regarding process and contingency situations arising due to any issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints during peak time and provide the best possible resolution.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer needs and requests.
  • Compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and decide which to recommend to customers to best meet their needs and circumstances.
  • Input data and verify information into related systems as and when required.
  • Document each customer interaction in the servicing systems as defined by the process.
  • Ensure successful customer support through resolution of back-office tasks whenever not on calls.
  • Understand utilities and associated market participants.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
  • Non-Tech Bachelor's Degree/Graduation in any stream.
  • Prior 12-24 months of experience in customer service and operations management in ANZ utilities.
  • Comfortable working in night and rotational shifts.
  • Ability to join the organization within 0-30 days.
