Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Call Center-Patient Care Reps to join their team. As a Patient Care Rep, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Patient Care Rep Location: Remote (Must reside in Michigan, Ohio or Arizona) Pay Range: $18.00 ( MI & OH) $20.00 ( AZ) What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally
• Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately
• Document and enter data into the system with attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2+ years of recent call center experience
• Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Potential Schedules Hours of Operation Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

• Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.
• Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.

Attendance Policy

• Attendance during training is mandatory.
• Any missed training time is prohibited and may result in termination
