Job Summary
As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for moderating our Discord server, ensuring that our users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. Key Responsibilities
* Moderate the chat of arenaflex's Discord server, ensuring that users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
- Delete messages made by users that violate our rules
- Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules
- Mute users who have violated our rules
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive community
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Discord and its features
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a community management or moderation capacity
- Knowledge of community guidelines and rules development
