Job Summary

As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a skilled communicator, a quick thinker, and a problem solver, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, email, and phone

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Kansas

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with chat software and platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
