Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team in Houston, Texas. As a Bilingual CSR, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport.
  • Providing product information, account assistance, and support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
