Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist/Clerk will play a vital role in supporting our Manufacturing teams, focusing on understanding and enhancing production processes. This position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will work closely with inventory controllers, planning teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with inventory controllers to create and maintain accurate Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks
• Review, verify, and scan/attach batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements
• Assist the Inventory and Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples and performing other duties as necessary
• Work closely with Manufacturing teams to understand and streamline production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience OR Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
