Boutique Office of National Firm Seeks Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff-Side Complex Cases): 7.5 hour day! A well-regarded California plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes fire and mass tort matters. This is not a high-volume practice. The firm handles sophisticated trial work on large, complex cases and is known for strategic litigation rather than settlement mills. This Litigation Paralegal will support a senior trial attorney and assist with a specialized fire docket. The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong infrastructure, and a stable paralegal team — we have placed the entire paralegal staff and consistently receive positive feedback regarding culture and quality of work. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through discovery, resolution or trial, post-trial, and case closure
  • Prepare court filings and assemble exhibits for state court proceedings
  • Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.)
  • Review, analyze, and summarize depositions and medical records
  • Coordinate and manage electronic discovery
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case dockets
  • Support attorneys in preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with trial counsel and play an integral role in moving complex cases forward. Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (7.5-hour workday) Perks:

Salary: up to $100,000 + bonus Benefits:

  • 5–10 years of California plaintiff litigation experience
  • Most recent experience in plaintiff personal injury, mass tort, fire, or similar practice area
  • Ability to manage complex discovery and trial preparation independently
  • Strong understanding of California state court procedures and deadlines
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
