About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing superior customer service and support to our small business lending customers. With two distinct brands under our umbrella, each with its unique offerings and customer requirements, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in both brands through our comprehensive 4-week training program. Upon completion of training, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, addressing customer inquiries, and providing education on our products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our customer-centric approach. These include:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred, although we are open to training the right candidate
