Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, informative, and engaging
  • Utilizing your communication and active listening skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and services, ensuring that you're equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Key Responsibilities:

* Call customers from prior day for quality check

  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • A conscientious and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to collaborate and support others
  • Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
  • A clear background check and drug screen, as required by arenaflex
