Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Entry Level Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for responding to incoming contacts from consumers, efficiently documenting their complaints into a secure database, and providing educational materials and referrals while delivering A+ customer service. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be expected to work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) or 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to individuals who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud
  • Document consumer data into a web application with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide education and support related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless support and resolve consumer complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (note: this process can take anywhere from 7-60 days to complete, and the chosen candidate cannot start in this role until clearance is obtained)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and speech)
  • Prior call center experience, preferably in a customer service role
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
  • General knowledge of federal law, particularly as it relates to identity theft and consumer fraud
  • A professional Resume that contains the applicant's contact information (phone number and email address), as well as the contact information (phone numbers and physical addresses) of previous employers

Skills and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with individuals who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. You should be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to document consumer data accurately. Additionally, you should be proficient in using web applications and have excellent computer skills. A strong understanding of federal law and regulations related to identity theft and consumer fraud is also desirable.

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range for this position, with a hourly rate of $17.20.
