Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences. Your duties will include:

• Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to resolve travel issues and build customer loyalty
• Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and implement new processes and technologies

• Maintaining a safety mentality by ensuring the highest standards of safety and security

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
• Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to meet arenaflex's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
