Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues related to their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to identify and address member concerns, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to navigate their healthcare journey.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
  • Working closely with team members to achieve shared goals, promoting a culture of collaboration, and open communication.

Required Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality.

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a strong internet connection, and reliable computer equipment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members from diverse backgrounds.
