Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
- Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
- Reconciling eligibility among systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitoring and tracking records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Providing exceptional support to various teams, including data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
- Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and track records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional support to various teams, including data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
