Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

• Perform various pharmacy tasks, including the use of pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory.
• Provide a unique and delightful customer experience by engaging with patients and customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's services and products.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, including those with chronic conditions or complex medication regimens.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, including the use of automated dispensing systems.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and technology.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
