Senior Pricing Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will become the regional pricing expert, working closely with the Global Pricing Team while supporting local business needs and contributing to global pricing initiatives. This position reports directly to the Global Pricing Director. Key Responsibilities · Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Product, and the senior management team. · Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize growth opportunities and maximize profitability. · Create and maintain pricing tools, reports, and dashboards to support business discussions and evaluate the performance of pricing actions. · Support the business in customer pricing discussions, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations. · Maintain price grids and administer the CPQ system (including rate cards, approval thresholds, and pricing workflows). · Monitor discount activity to assess pricing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. · Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform pricing for new products and solutions. · Collaborate with Sales Leadership to manage and administer client rebate programs. · Conduct market analysis to evaluate the company’s price positioning relative to competitors. Requirements & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. · 3+ years’ experience in a Pricing role, ideally within a B2B services organization. Experience in the market research industry is a plus. · Prior experience working in Finance or cross-functional commercial teams. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and CRM/ERP tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage. · Experience with CPQ tools (configuration, maintenance, and optimization). · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities At Dynata, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment where every employee and customer feels valued, respected, and supported. The base salary range for this position in is $85K-$100K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
