Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions into our system, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare providers.
• Managing communications with healthcare providers in a professional manner, including handling voicemails and calls.
• Resolving issues raised by various departments, including pharmacists and fellow technicians, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conducting all tasks in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed within the Pharmacy Technician capacity, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related role, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures.
