Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience and developing leadership skills
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards for store appearance
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Entry-level management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a desire to advance in your career

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques

  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
