Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the single point of contact for our Fortune 500 clients, building long-term client partnerships to understand their challenges and provide solutions
  • Maximizing market share with a client to make us their trusted staffing supplier
  • Qualifying new job orders and working with the delivery lead for better coverage and support
  • Presenting candidates to Hiring Managers and following up for feedback
  • Coordinating with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding
  • Coordinating with recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates
  • Using CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities
  • Conducting client visits to build rapport and to obtain critical information including, job descriptions, referrals, and business leads

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry and 7+ years of experience in account management role preferably with Life Sciences MSP clients
  • Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts
  • Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & account management, supporting client/ MSP programs from a supplier side
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent reputation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be a self-driven and highly motivated individual
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Any experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model
  • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences MSP market
