Experienced Customer Service Associate – Arabic and English Support

What You'll Do
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to effectively communicate with customers
- Providing exceptional support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies to provide accurate information to customers
Your Schedule
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work variable hours to match our customer demand, including day, late, and overnight shifts. Your work week will be a minimum of 40 hours, with the possibility of working on national holidays. You'll learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in Egypt
- A minimum qualification of a high school degree - Passed
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
