Job Summary

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering high-volume inbound calls and providing written communication for all lines of business
  • Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications to manage claims and customer information
  • Participating in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
  • Maintaining customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance

Responsibilities

* Answer high incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts

  • Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
  • Use multiple computer applications to manage claims and customer information
  • Actively participate in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
  • Maintain customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance

Ideal Candidate

* 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims

  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment
  • Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus!
  • Excellent written and communication skills
