Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a variety of clients via telephone, email, and chat, using cloud-based technology. Minimum Qualifications

* Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm

  • Ability to navigate through websites easily and efficiently
  • English proficiency (including spelling and grammar)
  • PC or Mac, telephone, and high-speed internet required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment

  • Experience with cloud-based technology and customer service software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
