Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience

Age:
Must be at least 18 years old
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Equipment and Internet:
Must have a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless), required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up, a working phone line (home phone or mobile), and a noise/distraction-free home office environment
