Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will play a critical role in helping our agents achieve their marketing goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer-Focused Sales: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
• Marketing and Lead Generation: Work with the agent to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the agent and other team members to achieve marketing goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex insurance and financial service products, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, customer communication, and record-keeping.
