Job Summary
As a part-time Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively, while also providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a remote work opportunity that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a Warehouse Associate may include:
- Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
- Selecting and packing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Loading boxes into trucks for shipment and ensuring that orders are delivered on time
- Using scanners to read barcodes on products and tracking inventory levels
- Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensuring that products meet quality requirements and adhering to strict safety and quality standards
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Requirements
To be successful as a Warehouse Associate, you'll need to be able to:
- Lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
