Job Overview

This field-based sales position is responsible for managing a designated territory, engaging with a diverse range of healthcare customers, and developing strategic business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. As a CTR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers within your assigned geography, working collaboratively with other arenaflex field-based employees, such as Account Executives and Integration Delivery Systems leaders, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory-level business plan, aligned with arenaflex policies, standards, and ethics, to achieve sales targets and customer engagement goals.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and certification on the arenaflex portfolio, staying up-to-date with the latest scientific, product, and marketplace information.
  • Engage in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and professionals, aligning customer needs with arenaflex products and services, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular updates to arenaflex management on customer needs, feedback, marketplace dynamics, and progress towards quality goals, using company-provided tools to monitor business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, quality directors, and office managers, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices).
  • Demonstrated excellence in current or previous educational or professional roles, with a strong track record of achievement and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, professionals, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays, to meet customer needs and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to convey technical concepts accurately and clearly, with a strong understanding of the pharma industry and its complexities.
  • Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience in the pharma industry, with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and assess progress against objectives, using data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
