Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating action plans for the Sales Team and Team Leads to promote store objectives and growth in their roles
  • Managing a team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads, ensuring the successful execution of company sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Under guidance from the Store Manager, facilitating the hiring process, training, and performance management for Sales Representatives and Team Leads
  • Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, including being responsible for opening and closing the store according to established policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Providing coaching and guidance to Sales Representatives and Team Leads to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school education or equivalent, with 2 years of college or related technical training preferred
  • 2 years of related retail experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred
  • The ability to lead, guide, and mentor store employees
  • Strong customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment is appreciated but not required
  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs
