Key Responsibilities:

As a customer support representative for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and empathetic support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Utilizing the Arise Platform to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or health services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide accurate information
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficiency in using technology, including the Arise Platform and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While the following qualifications are not essential, they are highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or health services industry
  • Experience working with patients and their families, particularly in a transportation or medical setting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Experience working with technology platforms, such as the Arise Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
