Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, your primary goal will be to convert online conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers.
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our clients improve their services.

Requirements
