Position Summary We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales processes. This role will be instrumental in driving sales performance through data-driven insights, optimizing pipeline management, and supporting conversion and penetration goals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM systems, building actionable reports, and partnering with sales leadership to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Analysis & Insights:
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:
  • Oversee CRM system administration and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates.
  • Sales Enablement & Growth:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set and track penetration and conversion goals.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Data Aggregation & Strategic Insights:
  • Aggregate and synthesize data from internal and external sources (e.g., CRM, market intelligence, industry benchmarks) to enable informed decision-making.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership for strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Future Team Leadership:
  • Build and manage a small team of analysts over time, including:
  • CRM Analyst focused on system optimization and data quality.
  • Sales Analytics Analyst focused on reporting and performance insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and other reporting/visualization tools.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales organizations to achieve growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with sales forecasting models and territory planning.
  • Familiarity with data governance and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
