Requirements
- J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Significant experience with payments and payment network agreements.
- Expertise in advising on digital wallet products and crypto topics.
- Strong knowledge of data rights and governance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Business-first mindset with comprehension of legal risk in context.
- Effective communication skills with both legal and non-legal audiences.
