This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the voice, clarity, and usability of a premium mobile financial experience used by a global audience. As Lead UX Writer, you will own the content strategy across the entire product, transforming complex financial and crypto concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, legal, and data teams to embed content into the core of the design process. Your work will directly influence trust, engagement, and conversion across critical user journeys. Operating in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role offers both creative ownership and strategic influence, making it ideal for someone passionate about clarity, accessibility, and impactful design. Accountabilities:

• Define and lead the end-to-end content strategy, voice, and tone guidelines for the mobile application, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Audit and optimize key user flows to reduce friction, enhance usability, and improve trust across financial and crypto interactions.
• Craft microcopy, onboarding flows, instructional content, and error messaging that simplify complex transactions and empower users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, legal, and compliance teams to embed content early in the design process.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into transparent, user-friendly language without sacrificing accuracy.
• Conduct copy testing, user research, and funnel analysis to continuously improve conversion, comprehension, and retention.
• Champion content design best practices across the organization, driving education, alignment, and continuous improvement.Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design, ideally within fintech, wealth management, or cryptocurrency environments.
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts and transform dense workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product flows, including onboarding, transactions, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within regulated environments, balancing legal constraints with user-centered clarity.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and mobile-first design patterns.
• Familiarity with behavioral economics and how language influences trust and decision-making.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch and experience working directly within design files.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to justify decisions using data, research, and structured reasoning.
• Self-starter mindset, comfort in fast-moving environments, and experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.Benefits:
