Pre Sales Engineer - AI Powered CyberSecurity SaaS - $140,000 - $150,000 base salary total comp $200k + - Fully Remote About the Role A leading provider of workforce monitoring and insider risk management solutions-powered by advanced AI and behavioural analytics-is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team focused on deep Windows OS internals. In this role, you will help design and develop the core functionality of a high-performance sensor agent that captures system-level activity across endpoints. The role requires strong expertise in Windows kernel and user-mode development, and you'll work alongside a cross-platform engineering team contributing to a scalable, secure, and tamper-resistant solution that supports real-time telemetry and AI-driven insights.

What You'll Do

  • Pre Sales Support for Enterprise level clients in the US as well as globally.
  • Technical Discovery - be the go to for clients around technical questions for clients
  • On boarding and Implementation - there will be some implementation for clients in this role! about 20% of it
  • Product Demos and POC's for clients
  • Solution Design! You will get the chance to provide prototype custom workflows to clients when needed What You'll Need
  • 5-7years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat detection, insider risk, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architectures, APIs, and identity or access management integrations (e.g., SSO, SAML, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, DLP, or UEBA technologies and how they integrate into enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value for technical and executive stakeholders alike.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scripting, API integrations, or light development (JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar). Why Join?
