Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process changes that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop process changes
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision making
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of analysts
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Apple's products and services
- Knowledge of Apple's business analytics tools and platforms
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Certification in data science, business analytics, or related field (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
