Together, let’s embrace possibilities and change lives! arenaflex's Patient Billing Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. Responsibilities:

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex billing inquiries.

  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of financial obligations.
  • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, leveraging expertise and knowledge to deliver accurate and empathetic support.
  • Maintain performance goals, meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities.

  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately capturing and processing patient information.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively articulating complex information and resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 1+ year work experience required, with a strong preference for previous experience in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environments.
  • Previous work in high-volume call environments with multiple computer windows open is highly desirable.
  • Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information is strongly preferred.

Technical/Other Requirements:

• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required for remote work.

  • Dedicated area to perform duties without interference, with structured breaks and a structured environment.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Pay Range:

$15.25-$16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Application Window:

The application window closes on February 22, 2025.

Shift and Schedule:

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST, which is equivalent to 10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST.

Shift Differential:

A 10% shift differential will be applied for residents in the Eastern Time Zone, recognizing and rewarding the unique challenges and demands of this schedule.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:
