Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams
- Ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are integrated into project ideation from the outset
- Developing an overall development approach and guiding other developers through execution to delivery
- Providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work
- Partnering with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and optimize overall development processes
- Ensuring all digital experiences align with industry standards and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with QA processes and defect resolution
