Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center & Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service through phone calls and live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer calls and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience
  • Assisting with order processing, account management, and product or service inquiries
