Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing live chat communications with customers, accurately inputting customer information into our systems, and collaborating with our customer service and technical support teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively. This role requires a blend of independence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting customer information into our database
  • Assisting in managing live chat communications with customers
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of customer data
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries
  • Regularly updating customer service records and logs
  • Identifying and reporting any inconsistencies in data entry processes

Requirements
